To get started, register for the hosted demo. Test it at will.

Download and install VirtualBox.

Use the specifications listed in this page to arrange suitable hardware.

Download, install and setup WarmConnect Inhouse Predictive Dialer.

WarmConnect runs virtualized on VirtualBox which is available as a free download. Follow instructions below to install VirtualBox and WarmConnect.

Download and install VirtualBox from here.
In VirtualBox preferences-->general, set folder for harddisk and machine to where you intend to download WarmConnect.

To install on Windows, download InhouseDialer.exe into the folder selected above and run it.
This will extract and install WarmConnect as a virtual machine. Before running select correct ethernet card in VirtualBox bridged networking.
Start the virtual-machine
After the virtual-machine boots run the setup wizard http://dialer to configure your WarmConnect Inhouse Predictive Dialer.
In the setup screen enter the WarmConnect username and password you received when registering for the hosted dialer.
By default the dialer auto-configures its networks with DHCP. Use the blue button to manually set the IP instead.
On submitting the username and the password, the dialer will begin to download its configuration from its hosted twin.
If you have used the hosted dialer for a while, this download may take time.
After this, the dialer should be ready to use.
You can always return to the dialer by going to http://dialer within your LAN
